Fighting odours in sewage pumping stations or lift stations
Pumping stations are used to transport wastewater to a higher level or over a long distance. Wastewater always smells, but in and around a pumping station the smell will be stronger because there is a bigger change off stagnant waste water. In this environment H2S gas will be formed rapidly and the well-known bad smell will occur. Besides the smell, H2S gas is also very toxic and can be deadly.
